Import XactAnalysis Assignments into Claim Route 360

There are two ways to get your XactAnalysis assignments into Claim Route 360: connect your Gmail or Outlook inbox, or add the email address Claim Route 360 gives you to your XactAnalysis notifications. Either way, Claim Route 360 picks up new assignments, lets you check them in a review queue, and turns each one into a claim with the claim details, insured information, and property address, ready to map, route, and schedule.

Two ways to connect

Connect Gmail or Outlook

In Email Import, connect the inbox where your XactAnalysis assignment emails already arrive. New assignments are scanned automatically.

Use your Claim Route 360 import address

Claim Route 360 gives you an email address. Add it to your XactAnalysis notifications, and new assignments are sent straight to Claim Route 360.

How it works

  1. Assignments come in. New XactAnalysis assignment emails arrive through your connected inbox or your import address.
  2. Check them in the Review Queue. Look over each assignment before it becomes a claim.
  3. Map, route, and schedule. Imported claims go on the map, into daily routes, and onto your calendar.

No data transfer setup

Some routing tools sync with XactAnalysis directly, which needs data transfer turned on and export authorization from the carrier. Claim Route 360 works from the assignment emails you already receive, so there is nothing to request from the carrier before you start.

Built for storm volume

When a storm drops a batch of assignments on you, they come into Claim Route 360 by email instead of being retyped one at a time.

What it costs

Claim import (up to 300 claims a month) and automatic routing and scheduling are on Pro at $49.99 a month. Texting, calling, and automated messages are on Elite at $69.99 a month. Pro and Elite include a 14-day free trial. The free plan lets you add up to 10 claims a month by hand.
